Executive: VTB's IFRS net profit at 15 bln rbl in November
MOSCOW, Dec 22 (PRIME) -- Russia's second biggest lender VTB received a 14.7 billion ruble net profit in November, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), First Deputy CEO Dmitry Pyanov said on Friday.
"We finished November 2023 with a net profit of 14.7 billion rubles, which gives us a result for the 11 months of 417.5 billion rubles. This means we are on the path to reach a target of 430 billion rubles plus what we have set as a target after raising it some time ago," Pyanov said.
Spending on reserves amounted to 14.4 billion rubles in November and 166.5 billion rubles in January–November.
Loans to households rose by 1.4% in November and 23.5% since the year start to 6.9 trillion rubles. Corporate loans grew by 2.5% in November and by 20.6% since the year start to 14.2 trillion rubles.
Households' deposits rose by 3.6% in November, by 22.1% since January 1 to 9.1 trillion rubles. Corporate deposits rose by 0.5% and by 15.9% in the periods respectively to 12.9 trillion rubles.
